Wrist pain and its associated instability is a common problem for many die hard climbers.
Sadly, it is often mis-diagnosed and poorly managed by most healthcare professionals. On average less that 1/10 tenth of a physiotherapists initial training is devoted to the wrist and hand and even less of a general practitioners training is devoted to this important area.
Often, if a climber has persistent wrist pain they are often told to stop climbing and rest it which helps in the short term, but is far from a long term solution. Well, this book provides a well tested road map to reduce pain and get you back to climbing hard again.
